WE EFFECT VISITS MAASAI KAJIADO WOMEN DAIRY COOPERATIVE

Maasai Kajiado Women Dairy Cooperative recently welcomed the We Effect team for a visit aimed at strengthening women’s empowerment, cooperative development, and sustainable dairy farming.

The visit provided an important opportunity for We Effect to engage with cooperative members, learn about their experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing women involved in dairy farming in Kajiado.

During the engagement, members shared their experiences in dairy production and cooperative participation, highlighting the important role that collective action plays in improving livelihoods and creating opportunities for women and their families.

The visit also provided an opportunity to explore areas where partnerships and collaboration can contribute to strengthening the cooperative and enhancing the participation of women across the dairy value chain. Through knowledge sharing, capacity building, and stronger linkages, women farmers can continue to build resilient and sustainable livelihoods.
